L and N Streets Bikeways is in City planning or preliminary engineering

Sacramento Public Works lists L and N Streets Bikeways in the “Preliminary Engineering” phase. The purpose of the L and N Street Bikeways Project is to extend the separated bikeway network within the central city between existing and other proposed bike facilities, to improve connections between neighborhoods and key community destinations in the downtown core and encourage more bicycle trips. The proposed improvements are on L Street, between 5th Street and 10th Street and 14th Street to 15th Street, and on N Street between 5th Street and 9th Street and 14th Street to 15th Street. Schedule fields are plans and may change.
