Railyards Owner to construct new accessible entrance/exit from north end of Steve Cohn Passageway (SVS pedestrian tunnel) to a new ground level plaza in the Railyards Central Shops. The project will include stairs and accessible rampway in a landscaped area with permanent 24/7 pedestrian/bike easement through the plaza to the public streets.
